Rasesh Seth is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nextyn. He started the firm and has built it into a global expert network and consulting business serving clients across consulting, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and corporates.

Before founding Nextyn, Rasesh spent his early career at Grant Thornton India, one of the country’s leading assurance, tax, and advisory firms. He worked there in corporate finance advisory, supporting clients on transaction and valuation mandates. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Bath and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Christ University, Bangalore.

At Nextyn, Rasesh is responsible for the firm’s strategy, growth, and operating standards. He has led its expansion across India, Indonesia, Singapore, and the United States, and grown expert coverage across a wide range of regions and industries. He directed the acquisition of Futureminds Consulting, the opening of the firm’s Jakarta office, and its entry into the US market, alongside the development of Nextyn IQ, the platform clients use to manage projects and transcripts. He continues to work closely with the firm’s senior clients and remains involved in the mandates where the stakes are highest.

Jignesh Jain brings over 18 years of experience in business development, key account management, customer success, operations, and consultative sales, working across a range of sectors including financial services, SaaS, and expert networks. This breadth of experience has given him a versatile, cross-industry perspective on building and scaling commercial functions.

He is known for helping startups navigate their critical 0-10 growth journey, and for building high-performing teams centred around delivering what he describes as “unreasonable hospitality” for clients, a client-first philosophy that shapes how his teams operate and engage. His approach combines commercial rigour with a strong focus on service quality, ensuring that growth is built on genuine client relationships rather than transactional wins.

At Nextyn, Jignesh is responsible for launching new business lines and driving revenue growth across the APAC, MENA, and North America regions. His mandate spans multiple business segments, reflecting both the breadth of his experience and Nextyn’s continued expansion across global markets.

Sunandan Banerjee is an Associate Vice President at Nextyn, where he leads Marquee Global, the firm’s Executive Search and Leadership Advisory vertical. He brings a strong foundation in strategy consulting, business growth, client advisory, and talent, and has partnered with organisations across sectors and geographies on strategic and capability-led priorities.

An alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, Sunandan also brings experience from the technology sector at Quantiphi, an AI and digital engineering company, where he worked across technology go-to-market and enterprise sales, supporting complex business opportunities, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional solution development. This blend of strategy consulting and technology-led commercial experience has shaped his business-first approach to executive search and leadership advisory, one grounded in understanding an organisation’s growth agenda, operating context, and the leadership capabilities required to deliver against it.

At Marquee Global, Sunandan works with enterprises, consulting firms, investors, and high-growth businesses on senior leadership and specialist talent mandates, bringing together market insight, commercial understanding, and a consultative approach to solving critical talent requirements. His broader experience across expert networks and flexible talent models further sharpens his perspective on how organisations access specialist expertise and build high-impact teams.

I am a Senior Consultant at Marquee Global by Nextyn, the firm’s executive search and leadership hiring practice, and I help build it. I run CXO and CXO-1 mandates for organisations in technology, manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare and other key sectors, and I place fractional leaders and long-term consulting specialists with clients around the world.

Before Marquee, I was a Consultant in Michael Page’s Technology team, where I filled mid-to-senior and niche technology roles in product, engineering, digital transformation, cybersecurity and cloud, for clients in BFSI, manufacturing, retail, FMCG and pharma. Earlier, as a Key Account Manager at Airtel Business, I managed enterprise accounts and exceeded my targets in FY23–24.

I hold an MBA in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a BTech in Computer Science from MIT, Pune. I have written on marketing and inclusion for ET Brand Equity, and that writing still shapes how I think about leadership and culture.
